Personal account information is kept only as long as you are a member of one of our services. The only information that is not deleted is information that you may have posted in a forum, response on a webpage, or other public area or service you have posted a message, picture, video, or other types of media/response. We may use your information to contact you in regards of our services or issues that you may have reported. Information WILL NOT be sold to any third parties and will only be used for our services. All information is kept confidential.

All information that you put into our public areas are open to the public and is not kept confidential. This information will be retained as long as these public areas exist. Information such as IP Address and ISP information are kept for our records so that we may troubleshoot issues, prosecute users that are abusive and/or are doing any illegal activities using our services. Information collected from our services also may be used to record or create statistics of our users and amount of time you may spend using our services.
